Ready for Pick-Up or Delivery
Half, quarter and whole beef orders are taken at any time with a $250 deposit. Deposits are due in April. Your deposit transfers ownership of the animal to you. K-Arrow Ranch acts as the agent to the finishing, harvesting, and processing.
Beef is ready for pick-up or delivery (exclusions apply) between mid May and the beginning of June. At $8.00 per pound, a whole beef is approximately 350-400 pounds of meat cut, wrapped, and frozen. Aging allows the enzymes in meat to change structure in the collagen and muscle fibers that will enhance the beef flavor and increase its tenderness. 7-11 days are typically required to reach optimal flavors.

Our Beef shares are offered in half, quarter and whole share below is list of the typical cuts from a whole beef. A whole BEEF will yield approximately 350-400 pounds. All roasts are 2-3 pounds when bone out. Steaks are 1 ¼ inches thick, 2 per package:
- 12 Chuck Roasts, 4 X-Rib Roasts, 10 pkgs. Rib Steaks, 7 pkgs. T-Bone Steaks, 4 pkgs. Porterhouse Steaks, 150 Hamburger (1 lb. packages)
- 11 pkgs. Top Sirloin Steaks, 6 Filet Mignon, 2 Flank Steaks, 6 pkgs. Sirloin Tip Steaks, 2 Sirloin Tip Roasts, 2 Tri-Tips
- 4 London Broil (1 per package), 9 Top Round, 5 Bottom Round (2 per package, tenderized), 6 Cube Steaks, 2 Rump Roasts
