Below are the current Born & Grazed grass-fed beef selections. Please note that they only represent full shares of the cow. In other words, you won’t be getting the head or the rump if that is where your reservation is.
• Half, quarter and whole beef orders are taken at any time with a $250 deposit. Deposits are due in April.
• Your deposit transfers ownership of the animal to you. K-Arrow Ranch acts as the agent to the finishing, harvesting, and processing.
• Beef is ready for pick-up or delivery (exclusions apply) between mid May and the beginning of June.
• At $8.00 per pound, a whole beef is approximately 350-400 pounds of meat cut, wrapped, and frozen.
• Aging allows the enzymes in meat to change structure in the collagen and muscle fibers that will enhance the beef flavor and increase its tenderness. 7-11 days are typically required to reach optimal flavors.

• All roasts are 2-3 pounds when bone out. Steaks are 1 ¼ inches thick, 2 per package
